Beacon High School Guidance Department

The staff of the Beacon High School Guidance Office works Beacon students and their families to assist with the creation a school-year plan of study that offers a broad range of subjects and meets the requirements of graduation.

The Guidance Office also offers resources to help students prepare applications to colleges and universities, learn about summer break activities and community services opportunities, explore post-high school options, and  find rewarding future employment.

Individualized help and support is available to students to assist them as they begin to plan for their lives beyond the walls of Beacon, with specific attention on four important areas of focus:

College Planning
Transition Planning
Career Exploration 
Community Service
